No prior yoga experience necessary, but participants should be able to get up and down from the ground. Variations will be offered to meet all skill levels. The class will focus on movement to help stretch and strengthen muscles as well as breathing and meditation techniques to help create a calmer state of mind. Please wear comfortable clothing that enables you to move freely.
