The Walk for Humanity Baton Rouge is a 5K Run/Walk and 1 mile health walk. This walk is a community project where people from all walks of life come together in support to end global suffering. A fundraiser of this nature serves two purposes. It raises funds for the destitute while raising the consciousness of the participants. It also gives them an opportunity to participate and support a local fundraiser that partners with locals in developing countries to alleviate needless suffering in the world.
