Club Members, the Q2 Wine Release is on Sunday, May 7th between Noon & 4:30pm! We will be releasing the following NEW wines: - 2020 Big Wood Zinfandel - 2020 Muy Bueno Zinfandel + - 2020 GSM [Reds Only Members] - 2022 "Pink Pearl" Rosé of Grenache (Best of Class SF Chronicle) [Assorted Members] Since sending out our previous email notifying everyone of our upcoming Q2 Release Party, we’ve received a few questions that we’d like to clarify & answer: Q: Do club members need to RSVP in order to attend the Q2 Release Party? A: No. Club members only need to RSVP if they want to taste the food pairings to be paired with the new 2020 Big Wood Zinfandel and 2020 Muy Bueno Zinfandel. If club members would like to attend the Q2 Release Party to taste the newly released wines but do not want to taste the food pairings, then there is no need to RSVP. Q: Why does it cost $10 per person to RSVP for the Q2 Release Party? A: The amount of food we order for each food pairing is based on how many people RSVP. Unfortunately, we’ve had a sizeable amount of RSVP’s that end up not attending for each event (the last food pairing we hosted had over 100 no-shows), which has resulted in a lot of wasted food. We are hoping that a nominal $10 fee per person to RSVP will result in a more accurate amount of RSVP’s attend vs how much food is ordered for each event. We will refund $10 for each RSVP made for every 2 bottle of wine purchased outside of the club allocated wine! Q: Which wines at the Q2 Release Party will have food pairings for people who have RSVP’d for the event? A: The 2020 Big Wood Zinfandel and the 2020 Muy Bueno Zinfandel will both have food pairings for people who RSVP to the Q2 Release Party. Q: What wines will be included in our club packages? A: All Sycamore, Redwood, and Sequoia Club members will be receiving the 2020 Big Wood Zinfandel and 2020 Muy Bueno Zinfandel. Assorted Club members will receive the 2022 “Pink Pearl” Rosé as their 3rd wine, while Reds Only Club members will receive the 2020 GSM as their 3rd wine. Club members may bring guests.
