Mabuhay! We are the Filipino American Student Association, also known as FASA, at California State University, Northridge. This year, we're producing our 38th Annual Pilipino Cultural Night (PCN) which will be held on Sunday, April 30, 2023. Our production highlights all aspects of the Filipino experience through dance, theater, and music. This year's PCN is titled, "Nabibilang," which means, "to belong".
For the past 37 years, members of our organization have graced the stage with dance and music of the Filipino culture, accompanied by a theatrical interpretation of Filipino American struggles. This show caters to more than just our community. PCN is dedicated to our families and friends, past leaders and alumni, supporters of FASA, and our ancestors.
We hope to expose why Pilipino Culture Night is more than just dancing on stage. It is a tribute for our ancestors that came before us, the current community who stand beside us, and our thriving future that will continue to grow because of our tremendous work. Because of our community, PCN will never die; but most importantly, our culture will never die.
CSUN FASA's PCN is FREE for the entire community!
We have a 2pm and 7pm show on Sunday, April 30, 2023 at the Plaza Del Sol Performing Arts Center at Cal State Northridge.
