Friends, Family, Co-Workers, and all those who knew and loved John: Please join us for the 3rd annual John Jaco Memorial to celebrate and memorialize the life of Dr. John Jaco and help raise funds to continue to support his family. The Helmets and Hackers Golf Tournament will feature a scramble play shotgun start 18-hole round, with fun side bets and other contest options. Following golf, there will be a dinner and after party for additional fun and fellowship. As in past years money raised will go towards college funds for John and Candice's girls. As we look to extend the longevity and philanthropy of Helmets & Hackers and to expand the legacy and impact of John Jaco's life, this year, a portion of the proceeds raised from the golf tournament will be donated to the John Ritter Research Program at UT Health's McGovern Medical School. This organization is committed to preventing premature death from aortic disease by improving diagnosis, treatment, and public awareness, and it is housed within the medical school of which John was an alumnus. Its mission aligns directly with John's lifelong focus on saving lives through medical diagnosis and research, and the Foundation has provided crucial resources to the Jaco family and they are proud to support them.
