JSerra boys soccer team presents Jim Madrid, of AST facilitating their 7 Fundamentals of Mental Fitness workshop exclusively for JSerra Student Athletes. This is an exclusive workshop for JSerra student athletes only! Note: Workshops will held over three Monday evenings from 6p-8p, June 12, 19, and 26 In the Lyons Den upper and lower. "This mental fitness training played a substantial part of our student athletes to compete and to become the #1 Boys Soccer Team in the U.S. this season." Head Coach, Erik Kirsch. This mental fitness training for student athletes will improve their focus, concentration, and resilience, which can help them perform better in their sport.
