Often shared with family, friends, or even a whole community - Paella is the ultimate local community dish. Hungry farmworkers supposedly invented the dish when they combined whatever they had on hand to create the first paella. The paella’s ingredients depended on what was around them. A natural fit for {las vive}. Like our farm-to-table dinners, we will source ingredients as locally as possible and combine these with the authentic imported ingredients that are a must for a paella! This week's feature paella will be Paella de Masia. A masia is a Catalan farmhouse, and this paella incorporates three classic Catalan farm flavors: rabbit, chicken, pork.. and of course local vegetables! Dinners will include tapas, the paella, and a sweet ending. Vegetarian option available, must be requested ahead of time.BYOB, please drink responsibly price is $65 pp + tax. To make a reservation we are collecting a $20 pp non-refundable reservation deposit. The balance is due upon completion of the meal. We accept cash, checks or credit via square. Hope you will join us!
