Launched in 2015, visionary and founder Carolyn Griffin Palmer created the Carolyn's Kids Foundation to meet the financial and supplementary needs of elementary-aged students. The foundation provides scholarships for 8th-grade students to assist with transition costs for high school. Over the years and thanks to generous donors, we have expanded our giving to award high school students with scholarships that will be attending Jackson State University or Prairie View A&M and present scholarships to mothers that are in pursuit of a degree. In 2019, we launched the flagship fundraiser, “STRUT,” an all-male fashion show that honors for being a Compassionate Leader that works towards the Achievement of Service and Success: Men of C.L.A.S.S.
