After a too-long hiatus, BOOK CLUB IS BACK IN SESSION! For this installment we are jumping back into a collection of essays edited by Bruno Latour and Peter Weibel called Critical Zones (MIT Press). WHEN? Our first meeting in on March 29th, and every other Wednesday thereafter, from 7-9 pm. We'll meet 4 times total, with our last meeting on May 10th. WHERE? At our private studio/ greenhouse in the Atwater neighborhood of Los Angeles. HOW DO I PARTICIPATE? 1.) Confirm your participation in Eventbrite. 2.) Buy the book 3.) Read the essays before our next meeting That's it! - SOMETHING YOU SHOULD KNOW: We've added a $25 suggested donation. Over the past few months we've incorporated a nonprofit designed to help support ecological narratives and interspecies relationships in the city. Though a donation is not mandatory, any amount helps! That said, if you can't contribute, please still come!
