When you arrive Loan officer Keisha Shannon will discuss the process and requirements to get pre-approved for a home and the unique programs available for special circumstances. Then Niheshia will break down the home buying process along with non-conventional ways to get into a home while you still work on your credit or save for your down payment. Appetizers, reference material and gift bags will also be made available. After that it's time to have some fun!! We will then have some fun competition to see who has the best bowling skills. The entry fee of $15 include the Home Buying workshop experience, an hour and a half of bowling, along with shoe rentals.
