People are at the heart of Dwelling Places’ work.Our mission centers around the communities we serve every day through affordable housing, the residents we walk alongside in our support services programming and the neighbors we engage daily through community building initiatives. The ability to make an impact on the lives of people across West Michigan is made possible by the talented and dedicated staff of Dwelling Place. Portraits of Purpose celebrates the work of Dwelling Place through the perspectives of the those who bring our mission to fruition each day, our staff! Join Us!We invite friends and neighbors to celebrate the impact of Dwelling Place through the portraits and stories of our beloved staff. The event will feature a strolling gallery highlighting personal narratives from 12 different Dwelling Place staff. These 12 staff were nominated by other staff for the unique gifts and talents they bring to their work. Portraits were developed in collaboration with West Michigan Center for Arts and Technology (WMCAT) and their Teen Arts + Tech After School Program.
