The United Nations Permanent Forum on People of African Descent (PFPAD) is a newly established body currently in the process of evaluating several black cities across the nation to improve the safety, quality of life, and livelihood of people of African descent. This event will allow us to gather important information to further the PFPAD's goal in Dayton.
