You are invited to a Cleveland Urban Farmers and Gardeners Town Hall on Friday, April 28, 2023 from 11 am - 2:30 pm. Come hear from urban gardeners and farmers about the impacts they are having in our communities, new opportunities for growth, the challenges they continue to face and where they need support from local government, elected officials, partner organizations and institutions, and federal agencies. Farmers and urban growers who attend will learn about resources available to build their agricultural projects and help take them to the next level. Representatives from USDA Natural Resources Conservation Service, USDA Farm Service Agency, OSU Extension, Cuyahoga County Soil and Water Conservation District and other organizations will be sharing information on resources, funding and training opportunities. We hope you can join us for this engaging conversation to hear directly from growers, farmers, gardeners, connect with partners, and find new ways that you can support this important work in our communities!
