Adults, families, and teens are welcome to participate in our one day, Lorrimer Sanctuary Bioblitz event! From 9am to 2pm, our staff will be running a bioblitz, a community science event where members of the public can help us search for, identify, and photograph all the unique animals and plants that our little nature sanctuary has to offer! We will be using the phone and computer app iNaturalist to help us tally the organisms that we see. This data will be used by our staff to help us keep track of the species that call our sanctuary home. This event will be one of the finale events for our NJ Audubon Bioblitz, a week-long bioblitz held across the state!
