What: Mama Loves to Brunch in collaboration with Boutique Events & Special Moments invites you to come gather and connect with others to learn about parent’s mental health. Gain resources and a community during this expert-led educational event with food and age-appropriate activities for the little ones. Where: Esoterica New Age Shop, 21608 Sherman Way, Canoga Park, CA 91303, Meditation Room. Free street parking is available. When: 11:00 am - 1:00 pm, Sunday, April 30. Why: The journey to becoming a parent comes with a lot of challenges. New parents, especially neglect their own well-being in order to care for their little ones. This event is designed to educate new and expecting parents, and their support networks on the importance of mental health and self-care.
