The Tuck & Glow is making her Spring debut at Barre Forte Kaysville! On Cinco de Mayo, (May 5th), Cyndi is teaching a Tuck & Glow at 7 PM. This class is designed to get your heart pumping and your body glowing, with a combination of classic barre moves, glow sticks, and neon lights. We're spicing it up Cinco de Mayo style by bringing Chicas (@chicas_801) Mexican food truck to our lot! Grab a taco (or anything else off of their delicious menu) before or after class. Chicas is ready to serve you 6 PM - 8:30 PM. Cash or card accepted after placing your order. We encourage you to wear your brightest neon clothes and accessories to this class to really make yourself shine. Get ready to shake and burn (dancing in between class quarters for active recovery is approved 😉). We have a spicy playlist (warning: there will be explicit lyrics) and are ready to glow! It costs $25 for a drop-in class. Book in now to secure a spot for class, and we will reach out to help get you set up.
