The Middlesex College cohort began their journey on February 13, 2023 and made a large commitment to their studies in the areas of Project Management, Leadership, Teamwork, Financial Literacy, and more. After 10-weeks, we are very excited and proud to share their great accomplishment with you on our final day together, April 21, 2023 beginning at 10:30 a.m. Our special event will be held offsite at "The Arts Institute of Middlesex County", part of The New Brunswick Performing Arts Center building, at 9 Livingston Avenue in New Brunswick. We are excited to celebrate them with family, friends, and supporters. Our goal is “Quality Services, Done Right the First Time.” Our workforce development efforts improve employability and job placement services for probation clients thus significantly reducing the likelihood of recidivism. We are a disabled veteran and minority owned business, with 90% of our team being current or formal military personnel. Through grants this year, we have trained over 100 personnel in soft skills (leadership, teamwork, conflict resolution, financial literacy), trades, or project management skills. By the end of this year, we are projected to train well over 150 justice-involved personnel throughout NJ.
