What will we do?
-We will use resistance to build strength, tone muscle, shed fat, burn calories all packed into a one hour workout!
-You’ll be utilizing your own body weight, resistance bands and free weights.
Why Strength Training?
-Strength training can enhance your quality of life and improve your ability to do everyday activities. Strength training can also protect your joints from injury. Building muscle also can contribute to better balance and may reduce your risk of falls. This can help you maintain independence as you age.
-All Fitness Levels and Ages are Welcome
-Registration is required at a minimum of 24 hours prior.
