In February, Rachel Newall suffered a life-threatening stroke at 33 years old, causing severe damage to her brain and mobility. Rachel has made incredible progress and this fundraiser is dedicated to supporting her on-going recovery, including her medical costs and general family support. Please join us in celebrating her love for yoga and movement by attending an outdoor yoga class, suitable for all levels! Jackie Farrell, a neurological occupational therapist and adaptive yoga teacher, will be teaching the class. Not into yoga? We will be hosting a HUGE raffle with many amazing prizes. Raffle tickets will be $1 each and sold in sets of 5. The field is turf, not grass.We will have water for sale for $1 and all proceeds will go to Rachel.You must be present at the time of the raffle drawing to win the raffle prize. There is no shade from the sun on the main field, please plan accordingly. All attendees over 12, regardless if they participate in the yoga class, must have a valid ticket to enter. LIABILITY AND WAIVER: By purchasing a ticket, you agree to the following: I acknowledge that participation in yoga classes exposes me to a possible risk of personal injury. I am fully aware of this risk. I hereby take action for myself, my executors, administrators, heirs, next of kin, successors and assigns as follows: I (a) irrevocably WAIVE, RELEASE AND DISCHARGE FROM ANY AND ALL LIABILITY for my death, disability, personal injury, property damage, property theft or actions of any kind which hereafter may occur to me, including my traveling to and from the yoga class, Jackie Farrell / Holistic NeuroRehab & Wellness, LLC, Event Organizers and Cawley Memorial Stadium, who is hosting this class and where the yoga class is being held, and each of their directors, officers, employees, volunteers, representatives and agents; and (b) INDEMNIFY, HOLD HARMLESS AND AGREE NOT TO SUE the entities or persons mentioned in this paragraph as to any and all liabilities or claims made as a result of participation in the yoga class, whether caused by the negligence of releasees or otherwise. My purchase of a ticket further acknowledges that I shall not now or at any time in the future bring any legal action against Jackie Farrell / Holistic NeuroRehab & Wellness, LLC, Event Organizers and Cawley Memorial Stadium; and that this waiver is binding on me, my heirs, my spouse, my children, my legal representatives, my successors and my assigns. My purchase verifies that I am physically fit to participate in yoga classes and a licensed medical doctor has verified my physical condition for participation in this type of class.
