Our mission is to reach people where they are by calling and going door to door to find the issues that are most important to those within this community. Our work here is to impart a sense of purpose among paid and volunteer staff by helping each to understand the importance of the work they do. We strive to work towards the end of systemic crime and poverty. The Neighborhood Organizing Team wants and needs people who are committed to seeing this community thrive. This organization uses traditional organizing tactics to improve the area. The job includes collecting quantitative and qualitative data to be directly applied to a solution. Not only are you able to contribute to the betterment of your community but there are also opportunities for mentorship and making valuable connections.
