During this class you will be able to build your own charcuterie box to take home while you enjoy wine tasting throughout the event. Learn tips and tricks on portioning and pairing complementary textures and flavors. Pairings will include a variety of meats, cheeses and other charcuterie tasty flourishes. You'll also learn the techniques to make an aesthetically pleasing charcuterie display as well as the importance of seasonal ingredients. And of course how to pair wine with your delectable charcuterie creation. All this in an approachable, relaxed, and fun-filled environment with giveaways and door prizes.
