Join NewBo City Market for our Summer Culinary Camps! With the help of an experienced culinary educator, campers will be provided a week full food-based learning. Kids will have the chance to explore different topics through activities taking place in the Market Yard and Culinary Kitchen. All activities will be age appropriate , educational, and most of all, FUN! June 19 - June 22 - Eat the Movies! Check the weather because it may be cloudy with a chance of meatballs! In this camp, kids will create dishes from cinematic classics! They may enjoy a tea party with Mrs. Potts, or pasta with their favorite chef/rat. These dishes and activities are sure to be blockbuster hits! THIS CAMP IS FOR KIDS ENTERING GRADES 5-10 YEARS OLD. Camps are held from 9am - 3pm Monday - Thursday at NewBo City Market (1100 3rd Street SE, Cedar Rapids, IA, 52401). Dropoff is from 8:40-9:00 and pickup is from 3:00-3:20pm. Campers are required to pack a lunch.
