While we all know it's important to be prepared, most of us don't have a lot of self defense skills. I choose to train at Premier Martial Arts; especially for the Self Defense training, as I have found that their program is the most thorough. For my birthday this year, I'd like to gift my friends with a self defense class and raise money for Giving Tree Montessori. With the funds from this event and other events, our favorite Montessori school can work to complete the amazing playground remodel.
