Hera invites you to kick off the morning at Earth Beat Festival with an energizing yoga class by Dominick and Ecstatic Dance/DJ Set with Mac Mystic. 9:30-10:30am - Yoga with Dominick This class will be styled like Hatha yoga. A beginner friendly, slow paced, low to the ground (prone to kneeling) practice to encourage the free flowing of energy through the body and creating openness through the hips and spine. 10:30-12:00pm - Ecstatic Dance/DJ set by Mac Mystic Designed for you to move, groove, and reset to the sounds of a digital symphony provided by DJ Mac Mystic. Gather in an urban jungle and breathe, release, and feel your way through morning energy shifts and stillness. All ages are welcome! Help us kick off the first ever, Earth Beat Festival with the power of connection and movement! Hera provides a safe and inspiring space to reconnect and find your power within.
