MSU Research Foundation and McLaren Greater Lansing Hospital invite you to celebrate National Hospital Week and National Nurses Week at the annual University Health Park Street Food Connect event, honoring and respecting the innovation of our healthcare systems, the life-saving skills of dedicated healthcare workers, and the impact hospitals have made on communities, especially in the wake of the COVID-19 pandemic. Join us for food vendors and fun on Wednesday, May 10 from 11:00 am - 2:00 pm at the Alliance building parking lot, just north of McLaren Greater Lansing Hospital. Friends, colleagues, and family are welcome! Our Local Food Vendors: M I Vegan - 100% plant-based cuisine with meals named after Michigan staples and packaged in 100% biodegradable products. La Fajita - Traditional and authentic Mexican street food made with amor from scratch. Grand Grillin' - Boneless, skinless chicken breast grilled with signature spices. A contestant on the Food Network Channel Show "Food Court Wars." Everything is Cheesecake - A variety of cheesecake, including fresh-strawberry glaze, very berry, key lime, strawberry crunch, Cap'n Crunch, cinnamon roll, lemon, Oreo, and more.
