Move to Improve program of well-being #GOFORBOLD with Power House Studios & the Washington County Free Public Library This month we FLOW. We are going to introduce you to sound vibe therapy, Reiki therapy, and the healing benefits of yoga. As a part of our monthly wellness days we strive to connect you with and educate you on the resources that are available to you from our local health and healing providers. We can eat, move, and be well together. Enjoy this FREE family friendly event full of ideas, inspiration, and community. Join us for this month’s wellness program at another of our communities’ beautiful libraries. Once a month through August 2023 we will come together and MOVE TO IMPROVE. *** 10:15 am to 12:30pm *** Equip your mind and body with the resources and local experts that will guide you to be well the way you live. Power House Studios strives to equip, encourage, and empower every person to more effectively enjoy their mind, body, and life. There will be ZOOM access as well as in person opportunities for you to practice what we learn every month. Links will be emailed to you once confirmed registration on eventbrite has been received. This event is for the beginner, intermediate, and advanced individuals who are ready to eat, move, and be well. Enjoy the morning of classes, local vendors, and good eats from local food trucks.
