Join us on May 11th for night of more asparagus knowledge than you've ever thought you needed to know... but let us tell you, if you love asparagus - you'll love this class. Alan Schreiber - the Columbia Basin's Asparagus Expert - will be here to delight and inform, all the while you will taste several (sometimes up to 20!) varieties of asparagus. Barnard Griffin will pair the asparagus with wine - giving you an inside look of how to match our favorite beverage with a notoriously difficult (yet delicious) folate-filled pairing partner. Each ticket comes with a glass of wine, wine pairing, plenty of asparagus to eat (we'll have asparagus-leaning food for purchase as well) and a seat to take in all the action - you'll even have an opportunity to buy freshly harvested asparagus bundles straight from Alan's farm.
