ODN Wellness Hours are back. Join us as we’ve teamed up with elite fitness instructors Jamie Maitland & Jae Curtis from Ft. Lauderdale based fitness studio, THE OFFICE 954, for an amazing double workout, wellness treats from Jamie’s nutrition product line, and shopping, of course.When: Sunday, May 7th.Where: The Plaza at The Ray (green lawn area between ODN and The Ray Hotel).10:00 am - 10:45 am: Coach @jaejaecurtis will be teaching the class Ass Advanced +Hiit with minimal equipment, mostly bands & body weight.11:00 am - 11:45 am: Coach @jamiemaitland will be teaching Total Body Toning + Cardio Beat, a mix of floor pilates, barre, and cardio beat (which is like spin but on your feet).
