Did you ever wonder why you like one beer but not another? Come explore the genetics of taste and smell and how your DNA impacts the type of beer you like. Test your beer pallet and see if you can guess the flavours in beer. This event includes the tasting of several beers and explains the science behind what you are tasting. All proceeds of this event go to the West River Sailing Club to help them purchase land so they can grow their membership. Tickets are a donation and are tax deductable.
