Managing the Addiction of Anxiety

This training will look at Anxiety through the lens of Addiction. Specifically, participants will learn about the origins of anxiety, the implications it has on one's physical health, and the conditioning that occurs as a result of anxiety that often makes it more difficult to break free from. Participants who attend this training will learn how to develop an anxiety management plan that targets the physiological and neurobiological conditioning, or addiction, to anxiety. This training will be led by Mike Senko, LCSW-C. Completion of this training is worth 4 CEU credits for counselors, social workers, and psychologists in the state of Maryland. This training will be offered virtually. Zoom details will be sent out as the event gets closer! Please note: you will only receive CEU credits if you attend the training live. We can not award home study CEU credits.
