NOTE - Jeff & Paige host the entire morning but our actual, hourlong concert begins at 11:30am. Come on down to Boulder's annual Creekfest - Sat. May 27th, Sun. May 28th (or both!) for a full morning of free, family entertainment. This will be our 3rd time hosting the morning haps at the family stage. Picture a nice, mellow park scene along the northern banks of Boulder Creek just east of the library. The whole idea is to offer families a quieter, family-friendly, easy-parking Creekfest experience before the wider festival begins at noon. We're delighted and grateful to welcome back DJ Pete Welsch and his inflatable, dancing dinos for a Family Dino Disco Dance Party. And equally delighted to welcome Mimi of Anima Arts for her inaugural Creekfest. Same schedule both days, and yes to shade. Map below! On the Family Stage, 5/28 and 5/29: *10-11am - DJ Pete, Family Dino Disco Dance Party *11-11:30am - Anima Arts - Interactive, water-themed dance/movement/giant parachute games *11:30am-12:30pm - Jeff & Paige Science and Nature-themed Kids' Concert What else? Face painters, lego creators, hamster wheel sno-cones, family-friendly booths and snacks. And you. You'll be there, right? Of course you will. ***We are hoping for some shade tents but it's a big festival and we're at the mercy of what the Creekfest organizers will have available that morning. Therefore we invite you to hedge your bets and bring along hats, umbrellas, misting spray bottles or other creative shade/heat solutions. ****************************************************************************************************** Jeff and Paige use songs, storytelling, and interactive play to engage kids with nature, music, and movement. They have a large regional following in Colorado and a growing audience nationwide. Their primary Colorado audience is Denver, Boulder, the Greater Front Range, & mountain community residents. These are families with kids aged between 3-9. Through their live shows and six different albums Jeff and Paige have reached thousands of children with their joyful spirit of play and passion for ecological awareness. They have won several awards for their music and musical programming: 2019, 2016 and 2013 Parent's Choice Awards, 2016 National Parent Products Award (NAPPA) Award, 2013 and 2016 Parent's Choice Award, 2014 Creative Child Magazine CD of the Year Award, and Colorado Alliance for Environmental Education Award (CAEE) for excellence in programming.
