Our first stop on our international wine tour is Italy. Bueno! We will be perfectly pairing one sparkling, two white and two red Italian wines with tapas-style plates of traditionally unique Italian dishes during this two-hour long edutainment experience. Your host for the evening, a knowledgable and fun wine connoisseur will explain each wine and why it pairs well with its respective plate. How can we talk about wines without talking about France?! France will be our next stop on our world tour. Five beautiful French wines will be paired with five tantalizing French plates. Our final stop of the spring will be Croatia, touching upon neighboring Sylvania. This "up-and-coming" region of the World offers some incredible wines your pallet will thank you for trying!
