Combining breathwork, movement and music, Jenny facilitates a class that Is centering, rooted In traditional Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga, pushing you to your limits and walking out with that yoga glow. Stay after class for a refreshment when the brewery opens - the first round, every class is on Jenny.
