We invite you to join KEDCO and fellow business leaders at the Leadership Roundtable on Tuesday, April 25 from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. at The Taharaa Room at Noa Noa Wood Grill & Sushi Bar (310 Eastlake Dr, Warsaw, IN). Joining us for discussion and Q&A is Jon Anderson of Anderson Partners LLC and AP Development LLC. Jon and his team have developed transformative real estate projects both in the Northeast Indiana region and nationwide. The team specializes in revitalizing underutilized property such as vacant historic buildings, industrial properties and brownfield sites by finding viable adaptive reuses to meet community needs and private market demand. With experience in communities similar to Kosciusko County, Jon will share examples and recommendations as to how we can continue developing and revitalizing our community. Please note: We are implementing a lunch charge of $15 per person. Our hope with charging a minimal fee for these roundtables moving forward, is to ensure we have an accurate RSVP count, and to alleviate the burden on our end as we continue offering these events.
