As apart of the campaign Love Thy Belly's Body Love, focuses on how to show love towards your body in the current state it is in. For this event with the help of the collaborators we will be walking to wellness. Learning about the physical and mental health benefits of yoga, movement, and meditation.
We will meet at the bottom of the bridge walk across the bridge and back. While on our walk we will practice yoga, breathing exercises, meditation activities, and why each of these things can help improve not only your physical health but your mental health as well.
