This class is for all levels of home buyers. We will go through the basics of home buying, how to work on your credit, and ways to buy homes with no money down. We will also explain how payments can be affected by associations, community development districts and tax assessments. Learn about traditional and non traditional no money down programs. We will also credit counseling as requested too. Due to COVID we are limiting this to 10 registrations for social distancing purposes.
