In partnership with the WNC Cheese Trail and Curd Nerd Katie Moore from Barn Door Ciderworks, Blue Ghost Brewing is reviving its traditional beer and cheese pairing event that was put on hold due to Covid.
Each participant will take delight in tasting 4 house-made brews and 4 cheeses from The WNC Cheese trail along with other pairing snacks like crackers, olives, and breads.
Meet new friends and discuss the tasting components of each selected beer and cheese while gaining industry-led insight on the beer and cheese making processes.
