We are excited to have Ryan Stirm winemaker of Santa Cruz area winery STiRM Wines in Chattanooga in for a dinner at Calliope. Ryan works with vineyards around Santa Cruz and down the Central California coast, making fun and enjoyable wines, often using unique grape varieties. We have partnered with our friends at Calliope, a modern Levantine restaurant in Chattanooga that was recently recognized by Food & Wine Magazine as one of the best meals in the country in 2022. Led by Chef Khaled Albanna, their menu draws from his upbringing in Jordan combined with Southern influence, where regionally sourced ingredients are cooked over open fire and coals.
