The Bayou Jamb Sports Awards The award program will recognize the best student athletes, coaches, and teams in North Louisiana, but also those who support high school sports including media, broadcasters, volunteers, and companies that have taken a proactive and innovative path in support of high school sports programs and student-athletes! Special guest speakers include JR Belton of the LSU Tigers and Victoria Paul from Season 24 of the Bachelor! Other suprise guest are set to make cameo appearances! Don't miss the first Bayou Jamb Sports Award Show !!! Taking time to reflect on the exceptional achievements of these individuals is important to us. To remind the community of the outstanding talent, determination, and hard work that underpins the ethos of Bayou Jamb is of the most importance. The achievements recognized at the ceremony are spread across a wide range of endeavors in Bayou Jamb’s multi-faceted mission–from the classroom to the sports field, to the community; a true testament to the hard work and effort for all nominees. Athletes were nominated by a panel of North Louisiana Sports Media experts that are highly involved with high school athletics. Volunteer awards were nominated and voted on by peers, reflecting one of the greatset awards to recieve. Other business associated awards were selected by community sports enthusiast. Who We Are Since 2006, Bayou Jamb has come to symbolize and exemplify excellence in high school student-athlete events .
