The Juneteenth Cypher is help at Social Circle's 3rd Annual Juneteenth Festival! All ages are welcome to sign up! This is a family, kids friendly event. No profanity. No touching on people, fighting, and things of that order. No spitting. No outside beef, weapons, etc. Have to be comfortable being on camera. Kids have to be supervised by parents. No food or drinks near the videographer/photographer and DJ. No touching equipment. No stealing. Free for kids up to 16 years old. Ages 17 and up is a non refundable fee of $15 per person! Must pay ticket to secure spot before 3 weeks before the event Failure to honor the terms and conditions, will result in disqualification. Violence, weapons, etc will result in being kicked out of the festival. Time of the Juneteenth Cypher is TBD; however, please feel free to come and enjoy the festival (Social Circle's 3rd Annual Juneteenth Festival).
