I finally found a great resource and would love to bring her to Verrado! Elissa Jones, owner of Intrinsic Wellness, is a Nationally Board Certified Health and Wellness Coach and graduate of the Functional Medicine Coaching Academy. In addition to being Board Certified, she holds a bachelor's degree in Communication from Arizona State University and holds coaching certificates in Integrative Nutrition, Gut Health, and Cognitive Decline. She is passionate about changing the direction of our children's health! Elissa will give a crash course on the hidden dangers in the food and drinks loaded with caffeine, high-fructose corn sugar and food coloring that are so heavily marketed to our kids. Then by using props, easy science terms, relatable biology and most importantly TASTE TESTING, she will show the kids how to make healthier creations and choices on their own! 1 hour session (Let's get real, can't keep their attention much longer.) 10-15 kids per session ( Engagement is key!) $20 per kid which includes their taste testing snacks ($5 discount for each additional sibling refunded upon arrival) Only 1 session available for each age group!
