Join me in ceremony to honor the seasons of life and the abundance our planet provides for us. We will connect to our community and move forward into spring with a grateful heart. Cacao has been used for thousands of years in medicinal, spiritual and other sacred ceremonies. Raw cacao is jam packed with vitamins, antioxidants and other nutrients, including, theobromine, which stimulates the cardiovascular system. This increase in blood flow can uplift your mood, increase your vitality and can give you a "warm fuzzy feeling." We will come together in song, breath work, meditation and journaling to warm our hearts after a long winter and move into spring with intention. I recommend bringing a journal, pen and pillow/blanket to make yourself more comfortable. Also, feel free to bring any special item to add to our altar! The event is $30, all are welcome. *We kindly request 24-hour notice if you can or cannot make it. This is to ensure I prepare the proper amount of ceremonial cacao.*
