Description

Being kind to others is crucial for creating a positive and supportive environment. It can improve personal and professional relationships, boost self-esteem, and even positively impact physical health. Kindness is more powerful than one realizes, it promotes empathy, understanding, and respect, resulting in a more harmonious and less stressful life. This discussion will feature a dynamic panel of local women leaders who will share their insights on being kind to others and yourself from four distinct perspectives - professional, emotional, physical and philanthropic. This gathering is a great opportunity for personal development and building relationships with like-minded women.
