Come Join Bernadette Thompson Purple Sage Wellness Center in Essex , VT. and feel the healing benefits of the Salt Cave... For an Evening of: "Connecting with our Ancestors." This is not a mediumship class. -Find out how to talk to your Ancestors. -Understand the signs you may already be receiving. -Share thoughts and feelings about experiences you may have already have. -And learn how creating a relationship with your ancestors can bring understanding and peace to your life. This will be a quiet safe space with a limit of 8 people. There will be time to share your experiences and ask questions. Please bring a blanket,(salt cave can be cool) a journal and a pen. I would encourage a water bottle for after the event. (It will not be allowed in the cave) You will leave with a deeper understanding of your connections your ancestors and how it impacts your life. And hopefully you will leave with the wonderful knowing that you can indeed connect and can continue to cultivate that connection. She learned along the way the ways to encourage and cultivate deep connections with those that love and guide us from the other side. She is a genealogist with 15 years of experience. Her background also includes 13 years of training and education working with individuals who have experienced trauma. She also holds a certification in End of Life Doula from University of Vermont Larner College of Medicine (PRICE OF SALT CAVE INCLUDED)
