The Learner will be able to: 1) Describe the importance of quality in a value-based care model. 2) Explain the rationale for establishing quality metrics within the ambulatory setting. 3) Name at least one ambulatory quality metric for each domain. 4) Determine avenues to foster improved outcomes. 5) Explain how improved quality metrics and outcomes lead to positive practice transformation.
