This will be a mixed gender FREE Intro to Boot Camp class suitable for people with average fitness & strength who want to learn strength training through functional, whole-body movements using light weights. Adults of all ages are welcome & the instructor will give you alternatives if you have physical limitations.
What to Bring: Shorts, Tee Shirt, Sweatshirt, Water Bottle, shoes you can move comfortably in.
