About this eventBethel Conservatory of the Arts at Visible Music College would like to invite you to our 2023! Commencement Ceremony in the Bethel Twinview Sanctuary on Saturday May 6th at 1:00 pm! We are thankful and proud to present our class of 2023! Every student has excelled in their craft, character, and spiritual growth this year and we are sending them off into their (creative) future with great pride! We look forward to celebrating their accomplishments with you! Students' call time will be 12:00 pm, and doors will open for family and guests at 12:30 pm. The ceremony will begin promptly at 1:00 pm, so we ask that everyone is in the main sanctuary and in their seats by this time. There will be time afterwards for taking photos and giving individual congratulations. ---- Ticket & Registration Info Since there are limited guest tickets available and we want everyone to have a fair shot at bringing their guests, please only register guests you know will be coming. When registering, please list out the name and contact information for each family member/guest so they are on our check-in list. If you are in need of extra tickets for visiting family, we may have additional seats that become available after the first deadline. Please reach out to our Production Department at [email protected] if you would like to be on the waitlist for extra seats. We will also have a live stream of the event available for guests or students who are unable to attend in person (this information will be sent out closer to the event). Once you have completed the registration process, you will receive your tickets via email.
