Foam Rolling and Joint Mobility Training
Who? Open event- all current members, past members and non members are welcome
Why? To educate all women on the importance of flexibility, joint range of motion and foam rolling as a form of active recovery.
What? Hands-on training that will take you through the basics of static stretching, joint mobility, PNF stretching, foam rolling and trigger point release to improve your body’s function. You must bring your own foam roller and Yoga mat. Stretching band as well if you have one.
