Join us on the green for some fitness fun for the whole family for this kids club, with FIT4MOM Huntingon Beach/Fountain Valley & Orangetheory Fitness! Create a fun craft to bring home - don't forget to RSVP to reserve your supplies FIT4MOM is the nation’s leading prenatal and postnatal fitness program, providing fitness classes and a network of moms to support every stage of motherhood. From pregnancy, through postpartum and beyond, our fitness and wellness programs help make moms strong in body, mind, and spirit. Orangetheory is a total-body group workout that combines science, coaching and technology to guarantee maximum results from the inside out. Our workout is not HIIT. It is heart rate-based interval training, where you train through 5 heart rate zones designed to charge your metabolism for MORE caloric afterburn, MORE results, and MORE confidence, all to deliver you MORE LIFE. This event is free of charge and open to the public; registration is required to receive craft materials Sunscreen and/or protective hat recommend due to the venue being outside. WHY RSVP?
