We will be presenting a six course, casual dinner with described pairings from Derby Wine Estates from Paso Robles, California and East Coast Americana Cuisine with heavy influence from Appalachian Heritage foods. The proprietor of Derby will be in attendance and wine will be presented by Ted Field of Domaine Wine. The food will be presented by the chefs from Ellijay Wood Fired's restaurant group and the location will be at Col. Pooles BBQ at 164 Craig St. East Ellijay, GA
Doors open 6pm on 4/22. Ticket cost is $85pp and seating is limited.
